CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Services
KERPS NG member company ERP is one of only a few select organizations in the United States appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 5 for Development. At this level, ERP continually improves its processes based on a quantitative understanding of its business objectives, performance indicators, and actual performance. ERP uses statistical methods and techniques to identify areas for improvement, improve processes, and measure impact and success. As a “high maturity” organization, ERP can deliver the highest quality products and services and develop and communicate accurate and timely expectations, schedules, and budgets in supporting our KERPS NG customers.
Both KERPS NG member companies have processes appraised at Maturity Level 3 for CMMI SVC. At CMMI SVC/3, ERP and EM Key successfully draw on CMMI concepts and practices in addition to other service-focused standards and models, which include ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, and IT Services Capability Maturity Model (ITSCMM) as well as IT-Service Management Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (CobiT). These best practice models and standard practices are core components for both companies, providing successful process management, service delivery, and support to KERPS NG customers.
ISO 9001:2015
Processes for both KERPS NG member companies, EMKS and ERP, have received ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard compliance certification. Using several quality management principles allows KERPS NG to meet customer requirements and objectives. Our adherence to this standard helps our clients continually improve and streamline operations while reducing cost using high-quality policies, practices, and procedures that are consistent and efficient.
ISO/IEC 20000- 1:2011
KERPS NG member company ERP has implemented a registered service management system (SMS) and has ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 compliance certified processes. The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is the world’s leading organization for preparing and publishing international standards for electrical, electronic, and related technologies. The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 standard provides KERPS NG customers with the resources and requirements needed to comply with service agreements and plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and improve an SMS.
ISO 27001:2013
KERPS NG member company ERP's processes have received ISO 27001 – Information Technology – Security Techniques – Information Security Management Systems – Requirements compliance certification. ISO 27001 is part of a set of standards developed to handle information security and provides the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS). Adopting this systematic approach assures KERPS NG customers that their sensitive information is well managed and protected.
